The Rebrand | Live On Nebraska

Nebraska Organ Recovery Systems (NORS) approached Bozell looking for a rebrand that would coincide with the opening of their new building. As we conducted research and interviewed key stakeholders, we were struck by the sense of hope and humanity that fueled the nonprofit. It didn’t matter if they were conducting a simple educational seminar or consoling a family who had just lost a loved one, NORS employees cared deeply. The current brand, however, gave no indication of this care. If anything, it felt cold and distant. 

So, as we began shaping the new identity, we rooted everything in hope and humanity. Their new name, Live On Nebraska, established the sense of hope right away. Then, we chose a mark and color palette that was vibrant and bright to represent the spectrum of humanity. A full brand playbook was then delivered to Live On Nebraska complete with voice and tone guidelines, font selections, a color palette, patterns and icons.
